Device Installation & Setup

Use these device-specific steps after valid account details have been issued. The guides explain the M3U and Xtream Codes API formats described by the service. See how getting started works

General setup process

  1. 1Confirm the device and choose a player from its official app store.
  2. 2Check whether your provider supplied an M3U URL or Xtream Codes login.
  3. 3Enter the matching details in the player's playlist or account screen.
  4. 4Refresh the channel list and add EPG data only if it was supplied.
Fire OS

Amazon Fire TV / Firestick

Device requirement: Use a player listed in the Amazon Appstore for your Fire TV model. App availability can differ by device and region.

  1. 1From the Fire TV home screen, open the Amazon Appstore and search for a player that supports the M3U or Xtream Codes format supplied for your account.
  2. 2Install and open the player. Select the matching sign-in method: Xtream Codes API for a server address and login, or M3U for a complete playlist URL.
  3. 3Enter only provider-issued details, save the profile, and let the channel list finish loading. Add EPG data only if it was supplied separately.
Samsung Tizen / LG webOS and other TV platforms

Smart TVs

Device requirement: The TV's app catalogue depends on model, operating-system version, and region. Check the TV's built-in store for a player that supports the supplied format.

  1. 1Check the model and operating system in the TV settings, then search its built-in app store for a compatible player.
  2. 2Install the player from that store and choose the exact connection type issued for your account. Some TV players ask for an M3U URL; others support Xtream Codes fields.
  3. 3If the TV does not have a compatible player in its store, use a supported external streaming device. Do not rely on an app with a different platform label or an unverified sideload package.
Android

Android Phones & Tablets

Device requirement: Install a player from Google Play that explicitly supports the connection format you receive. Keep Android and the player updated.

  1. 1Open Google Play on the device and choose a player that supports M3U or Xtream Codes API, matching the account details you were given.
  2. 2In the player, add a profile and enter the supplied login fields carefully. For M3U, paste the complete playlist URL without adding spaces or trimming parameters.
  3. 3Save and refresh the playlist. If guide data is supplied separately, add it in the player's EPG settings and run a guide refresh.
iOS / iPadOS

iPhone & iPad

Device requirement: Use a player currently available in the Apple App Store that supports the format supplied for your account. Compatibility may differ between iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV apps.

  1. 1Search the Apple App Store for a player whose listing supports M3U or Xtream Codes API. Check that it supports your device and operating-system version.
  2. 2Open the player and create a profile using the connection method and exact details supplied by the provider. Do not enter credentials into unrelated apps or websites.
  3. 3Save the profile and allow the playlist to refresh. If the player has guide settings and EPG data was supplied, add it there and update the guide.
Windows

Windows PC

Device requirement: Install a player from Microsoft Store or the software publisher's own site, and confirm that it accepts the format supplied for your account.

  1. 1Install and update a compatible player from a trusted source. Avoid download mirrors or installers that bundle unrelated software.
  2. 2Choose Xtream Codes API or M3U in the player, then enter the corresponding provider-issued login or complete playlist URL.
  3. 3Save the profile and test a stream. If playback fails, note the exact error and check the connection before changing advanced decoder or cache settings.
Android TV / Google TV

Android TV Boxes

Device requirement: Use a remote-friendly player available for your box in its official app store. A phone-only app may not be comfortable or compatible with a TV remote.

  1. 1Open the box's Play Store and choose a TV-compatible player that supports the account's M3U or Xtream Codes format.
  2. 2Use the remote to add a profile and select the same login format the provider supplied. Check every character in the server address, username, and password if applicable.
  3. 3Wait for the playlist to load. If channels work but listings are blank, refresh the EPG separately if guide data is included with the account.
MAG receiver / portal configuration

MAG Set-Top Boxes

Device requirement: Portal setup requires a compatible service portal address and device-specific instructions. This preview website does not issue portal credentials or addresses.

  1. 1Confirm that the specific receiver model and portal method are supported before ordering or changing its settings.
  2. 2Use only the portal address and device instructions supplied for that account. Do not guess a portal URL or copy a sample address from an unrelated guide.
  3. 3Enter the approved settings on the receiver, save, and restart only after confirming the values. Contact the provider with the model and error text if it cannot connect.

Player features and store availability can change by device, region, and app version. No app shown here is a VizWriting product or official partner; choose a player based on its current platform support and the connection format actually provided to you.
